Can we get filtering on recipients / users in the tickets list?

We manage our Rackspace environment with several engineers. Lately due to multiple projects, changes and issues on our environment the active tickets list has become rather long. It would help very much if we could filter tickets based on involved users so a user only sees new tickets and tickets assigned to him/her.
