I have a cloud space and wish to register a domain for the same. However, I am unable to access sub-options of 'Hosting' tab in control panel (the tab doesn't expand). I am able to expand other tabs like 'Your Account'. Please help
It sounds like you are logged into https://manage.rackspacecloud.com. That is the old control panel and currently only works with Cloud Sites. The new control panel is located at https://mycloud.rackspace.com.
If you have a Cloud Sites account you can register a domain through Cloud Sites. If the account is strictly a Cloud Server account, you cannot do that domain registration.
Since the hosting tab does not expand for you, it sounds like this is a Cloud Server account.
With a Cloud Server account I would suggest using a 3rd party domain registrar like GoDaddy or NameCheap. These are certainly not the only registrars you can use, just a couple of the most common.

It would help very much if we could filter tickets based on involved users so a user only sees new tickets and tickets assigned to him/her. run 3
