Feature Request - The ability to assign ownership of a particular ticket in the RackSpace portal to an individual customer


We use the RackSpace ticket portal regularly, and find it a tad cumbersome to work out exactly which member of our team is working on which ticket. Currently we can star the tickets important to us, but this doesn't allow anyone else to see what we are occupied with.

Ideally, I'd like to see something like the current star system, but made public to the whole member-base of that account. So different coloured stars for different staff members.

Finding tickets nobody has touched will be much easier that way.
