Avoid Mistakes while Moving From Lotus Notes to MS Outlook

Lotus Notes and Outlook are both predominant e-mail application that are widely used across the globe. However, With the features that Outlook provides, most of the email clients are moving to it. Whether you are a Lotus Notes user or having an account on MBOX based application all are shifting to MS Outlook. So, to move lotus notes to outlook one need to convert the NSF file in PST format.

You can either go for a manual method or select an automated method by which NSF Files can be exported to PST format. Automated method requires NSF to PST converter, while the other method can be done manually by following steps

  • Open the Lotus Notes and go to NSF Database
  • Click on File and then Export
  • Save the NSF file in CSV format in a folder
  • Now Open the MS Outlook
  • Go to File>> Open>> Import/ Export
  • Import the CSV file and click on Finish
