Microsoft support for Exchange Server 2007 ends on April 11, 2017. Microsoft support for SharePoint Server 2007 ends on October 20, 2017. Therefore, Rackspace will not be able to provide adequate Fanatical Support and system maintenance beyond October 2017. Because of this, our Hosted Exchange Server 2007 and SharePoint Server 2007 products will be discontinued on October 20, 2017.

If you wish to continue with a Hosted Exchange Server, Rackspace offers Hosted Exchange 2016.
Hosted Exchange 2016 at Rackspace includes Skype for Business (standard), compatibility with Microsoft Office 2016, ActiveSync, and unlimited distribution lists, contacts and resource mailboxes. This option does not include SharePoint.

This will require customers to upgrade their accounts and add Office 365 licenses. Our Online Sales team is available for consultations on which Office 365 license is best for you.
Note: We are NOT migrating Sharepoint sites. We will provide you an export of your data shortly after shutdown date via ticket.
