  • Hello Krishnan,

Thanks for reaching out. There are quite a few ways to start your journey with Neutron but let me suggest two. All in all, the Networking Guide from http://docs.openstack.org is a really good introduction to get started. It will mainly help with understanding traffic flow. Additionally, James Denton's book on Neutron is a good reference and read and it is on sale right now (ebook) https://www.packtpub.com/virtualization-and-cloud/learning-openstack-networking-neutron-second-edition

Feel free as well to continue to reach out to us here in the community and/or via IRC at #rackspace, #openstack, #openstack-operators, #openstack-neutron
