The mobile version of webmail (https://apps.rackspace.com/mobile/index.php) sends all replies to the From address, ignoring any Reply To address that has been set. Your support agent has confirmed this bug.
A Reply To address is commonly set for messages that are send from a website. e.g. ecommerce order emails, with the Reply To address set to the email address of the customer.
The desktop version works correctly, defaulting replies to the Reply To address.
Is there a plan to resolve this bug? In the meantime I need to advise my clients not to use this version of webmail as it is causing messages to be sent to the wrong recipients.
